As we enter spring, Essie's new collection has been exposed and reviewed. The new collection includes 6 new colours, Coat Azure, Nice is Nice, French Affair, Topless & Barefoot, Sand Tropez and Kisses & Bisses.

According to Trincess, the "Official Polish Addict" with over 2,000 followers- Essie's spring collection is quite similar in comparison with previous colours, thus new features are absent. As Trincess compares the polishes, she notes Nice is Nice to be the most popular so far.

Though Essie has little change from her own colours, the spring collection has still managed to differentiate itself from main competitor- OPI. OPI's spring collection is filled with bright, bold sorbet inspired colours:

As clearly demonstrated, we see the Essie and OPI's spring collections contrast each other, which may or may not be a successful approach to beating competitors. The two collections have targeted to two different extremes, soft and harsh, pretty and bold etc.
